For business
You pay when someone walks in.
Put an offer in front of people who finished a workout a few minutes from your door and have something to spend. No monthly fee. No charge for being seen. A fee only when your own staff confirms someone at the counter — and your first 25 redemptions or your first 6 months, whichever comes first are free.

Free flat white
Baraka Coffee, cafe, 4 min away
About 4 runs of 5 km.
This is the card, exactly as it appears in the app. Nothing else is published.
Three things, and they are the whole deal
Nothing to cancel later
No monthly fee
No setup fee, no subscription, no minimum, no charge for being on the map. If nobody comes in this month, you owe nothing this month.
AED 15 a confirmed visit
You pay for arrivals, not attention
A fee only when your own staff taps confirm at the counter. Not impressions, not views, not clicks. Free for your first 25 redemptions or your first 6 months, whichever comes first, then AED 15 for someone standing in your shop.
A hard stop, not a warning
You set the ceiling
Name the most you are willing to spend in a month. We stop there — every offer pauses and you get an email.
How it goes
From this page to a paying customer, in four moves.
List the place
Name, address, hours, category. Four minutes, no call, no salesperson, no equipment to install and nothing to plug into your till.
Build the offer
Pick from three templates or start blank. Set what it is, what it is worth to you, what it costs in points, when it runs and how many you will do. You watch the card draw itself as you type.
Someone finishes a workout nearby
They ran, rode, swam or lifted, they have points, and your offer is on their screen sorted by how far away you are. Nearest first, always.
They show you a code, you tap confirm
On any phone or tablet, in your browser. That tap is the only thing that ever bills you, and it is your staff that makes it.
The price, all of it
One number. Move it and see what a month costs.
Every platform in this category makes you ask. There is nothing here worth making you ask for: your first 25 redemptions or your first 6 months, whichever comes first are free, then it is AED 15 each, and you set a ceiling we cannot go past.
Work out your own month
A month.
A hard stop, set by you.
40 people came in for it and it cost you AED 225 — about AED 5.63 a head, and only for the heads that actually arrived. What you gave them is on top, and it is yours to set.
Nothing before they arrive
Your card is on file from the start and is not charged until people have physically walked in. That order is deliberate.
Nothing that is free becomes paid
The free tier for you is not a trial with a cliff at the end of it. If we ever add something new we charge for, what you have today stays what it is.
Nothing hidden in the rate
AED 15 is the fee. There is no take of what they spend, no listing fee, no promoted placement to outbid, no annual minimum and no invoice for views.
What you control
Every lever that decides how much this costs is yours.
All of it is on one screen in the offer builder, and the card updates as you type so you are never guessing what you published.
How many, ever
A total cap is required. There is no unlimited option, on purpose — it stops at your number and emails you.
How many a day
The quiet-afternoon lever: a few every day rather than all of them on Saturday.
How often one person
Once ever, once a day, once a week, or a few a month. Once a week is the default.
Which hours
Any window, any day. Or leave it and it simply runs whenever you are open.
Which days off
Black out any day of the week, or specific dates.
Ramadan
Hours move, daytime food and drink rules apply and demand inverts to after iftar. One toggle shifts the whole thing rather than leaving you wrong for a month.
Which sports
All thirty by default. Narrow it only if you know something we do not — cyclists and cafés on a Friday, say.
Who sees it
Everyone, or only people who have never been in, or only people who have, or only people who came once and stopped.
What it costs them
You set the points price. We show a suggested band and what it means in effort — "about four runs of 5 km" — because an offer nobody can afford gets no takers.
Your ceiling
The most you will ever be billed in a month. Change it any time; it takes effect immediately.
What we will not sell you
We sell you arrivals. We do not sell you people.
Everything on this list has been asked for by somebody, and none of it is available at any price or any size of business. It is not a policy — the identifier you see is salted per business and the raw records are not reachable from your session at all, so a bug in a filter cannot leak what a promise alone would have.
Their name, photo or handle
You will never see who they are. Not at any price, not at any size of business.
Where they ran
No routes, no maps, no start points, no home area. A route repeating four mornings a week is a home address.
Age, sex, weight, heart rate
None of it reaches you. There is no consent arrangement that would make selling this to a café acceptable.
Nationality or language
Asked for constantly in this market. In this market it is discrimination tooling with a dashboard on it.
How far they came to reach you
Sounds harmless. Aggregates into a map of where your customers live.
Where else they redeem
We could not tell you if we wanted to: the identifier you see is salted per business, so your customers and another shop’s cannot be matched even by us.
How you rank against other shops
That is a leak of somebody else’s business dressed up as a benchmark.
Impressions, reach, "people nearby"
The number every ad platform leads with, and the one you can never verify. We sell people through the door. The moment we show you impressions we are selling advertising, and we should be priced like it.
What you do get
Six numbers, and each one changes a decision.
Every one states its own formula and its own window on the screen, and carries what normal looks like beside it. A rate of 31% means nothing on its own.
Redemptions
How many came, this period against last. The only "how is it going" number.
Redemption rate
How many of the people who saved your offer actually turned up. A high save with a low turn-up means the terms, the hours or the walk is stopping them — and that is an edit you can make in a minute.
Cost per redemption
What you gave away plus our fee, in dirhams. The number that decides whether you renew, which is exactly why most dashboards will not compute it.
New against returning
All new means you are winning customers. All returning means you are discounting your regulars. Different fix each way.
When they actually come
A grid of the week by the hour. If everybody redeems at eight and your offer runs at two, that is one field to change.
What they did first
In aggregate only, and never below twenty people: top sports, how hard, and how long ago they finished. "Two thirds arrive within half an hour of finishing" is a staffing decision.
Where we actually are
There is no user number on this page, because there is not one worth printing yet.
Every page like this one opens with a figure — two million members, seven thousand partners, forty million impressions. We have not opened. Putting a number there would be the one mistake on this page you could never take back, so here is the position instead.
MoveURAS opens in Dubai first, and the offers people see are sorted by how far away they are. That makes the first few dozen places on the map worth more than the next few hundred: they are the ones that are always the nearest thing to somebody. Listing early costs you the same as listing late, which is nothing, and the first 25 people through your door are free either way.
When there is a number worth printing, it will be on this page with the counting rule written beside it.
Questions
Everything people ask before they sign up.
Getting listed
What does it cost to list?
Nothing, and there is nothing to cancel. Listing, building offers, editing them, pausing them and the whole portal are free. The only money that ever moves is the per-redemption fee, after the free allowance, and only for people who physically arrived.
How long does it take?
The form is four steps and takes most people under ten minutes, including writing the offer. We read every one ourselves and answer within one working day — including the ones we cannot take, and why. Then you send a photo of your trade licence and put a card on file, and it goes live.
Do I need any equipment?
No. No terminal, no tablet, no integration with your till, nothing to install. A member of staff opens a page in a browser on any phone and taps confirm. That is the entire operational footprint.
Can I try it before I commit to anything?
Yes, and that is what the free allowance is for: your first 25 redemptions or your first 6 months, whichever comes first cost you nothing. If it does not work you pause the offer and you have paid us nothing.
Who can sign up?
Any business with a valid trade licence that a customer can physically walk into. Cafés, restaurants, bakeries, juice bars, gyms, studios, sports shops, barbers, spas, physios and retail. If a redemption cannot happen at a counter it will not work here.
Running an offer
Who decides what the offer is?
You do, entirely. What it is, what it is worth, what it costs in points, who sees it, which hours, which days, how many. We suggest a points band from what you tell us the thing is worth, and the suggestion is a suggestion.
What stops me being overrun?
A total cap is required — there is no unlimited option. You can also cap it per day and limit how often one person can use it. Hit any cap and it stops and emails you. On top of that sits the monthly spend ceiling, which pauses everything.
Can I change or stop it once it is live?
Pause, resume, duplicate and withdraw are one tap each and take effect immediately. Codes already issued keep working for a short window rather than dying in someone’s hand at your counter, which is the version that would cost you a customer.
Can I run more than one?
Up to ten live at a venue. More than that is not a strategy, it is confusion in the app, and it makes every one of them worse.
Can offers be stacked with my other discounts?
No — one offer per redemption, always. Platforms that allow stacking end up publishing an order of operations for combining discounts and still get arguments at the till. A single-coupon model is worth more than the flexibility.
Why can I not put my phone number in the terms?
Free-text terms are scanned for phone numbers, web addresses, emails and social handles, and rejected. It is not about you: routing a redemption off the app is the standard way to have the visit and skip the fee, and a redemption we cannot confirm is one neither of us can prove happened.
Money
What exactly am I charged for?
One thing: a redemption your own staff confirmed at your counter. AED 15 each, after your first 25 redemptions or your first 6 months, whichever comes first. Not impressions, not saves, not clicks, not being on the map, not a monthly platform fee.
Why do you want a card before anything happens?
So there is no separate conversation later, and so nothing blocks your offer at the moment it starts working. It is not charged before people have walked in. Collecting a card from a partner who is already annoyed about a bill is a worse experience for both of us.
What if my ceiling is reached mid-month?
Every offer pauses and you get an email. People who open the app see your normal listing rather than an offer. You can raise the ceiling and resume in one tap, or leave it paused until the next month. You will not be charged past it either way.
Do you take a cut of what the customer spends?
No. What they spend at your counter is entirely yours, including everything they add on top of the offer. We charge a flat fee per confirmed arrival and we do not want to see your till.
Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Add your TRN when you verify and every invoice comes out as a tax invoice.
Coverage and data
Where are you open?
Dubai first. Everywhere else is a waitlist, and the waitlist genuinely decides which city opens next — send the form in anyway and we will write to you when it does. We would rather one city where an offer is never more than a few minutes away than five where the map is empty.
What do you tell me about the people who come in?
Counts, rates, cost per visit, when they come, and what kind of activity they did beforehand — in aggregate, never below twenty people, and never anything that identifies one of them. The full list of what we refuse to show you is on this page above.
Why refuse data I would find useful?
Because the useful version is a health and location record about a person who was told it was private. There is no version of that we can sell to you and still have an app worth putting an offer in. The refusals are enforced in how the data is stored, not by a policy someone can be persuaded out of.
Who do I talk to?
[email protected]. It is read by the people who built this, and there is no call centre between you and them.
The portal
Already listed with us?
It is at partners.moveuras.com.
We email you a sign-in link rather than asking for a password. Owners and bookkeepers set up a second factor once.
Lost the link, or something has changed? [email protected] reaches the people who built it.
What is in it
- Today — who came in, right now, and against yesterday
- Your offers, with pause, resume, duplicate and stop on every row
- The till page your staff opens to confirm a code
- The six numbers, and a CSV of everything behind them
- Your bill, your ceiling, and what you have spent this month
- Staff accounts, scoped to the venue they actually work at
Four minutes.
Then it is on the map.
No call, no salesperson, no equipment, no monthly fee, and nothing charged until somebody is standing at your counter.
